A Telegram bot takes requests, books customers, accepts payments and answers questions around the clock. We build bots for Telegram, VK and MAX as one system with a shared customer base. A simple bot costs from $600, and we fix the price and timeline in the contract.
The bot lives in the messenger where your customers already spend every day. They write in the chat and get an answer right away, and you get a ready request, booking or payment.
The bot asks the customer a few questions and collects contacts and order details. The finished request comes to you in a chat or in your CRM (a program for tracking customers and deals).
A booking bot shows services and free time slots, records the choice and reminds the customer about the visit. It suits specialists, studios, tutors and clubs.
The customer pays without leaving the chat: through YooKassa (a payment service) or with Telegram Stars. The order and the payment go into one database.
Announcements, promotions, results and reminders go to all customers or to a selected group. The message arrives in the messenger and does not get lost among emails.
The bot answers common questions day and night. It passes complicated questions to a manager together with the conversation.
An AI model (YandexGPT, GigaChat or the OpenAI API) answers customers using your materials: price list, rules, instructions. The method is called RAG: the AI first finds the answer in your documents, then words it for the customer.
Customers use different messengers. We build bots for MAX and VK the same way as for Telegram, and we can combine all three platforms into one system.
MAX is a Russian messenger. VK (VKontakte) is a social network where people write to communities. Part of your audience does not use Telegram, and a bot on other platforms helps you keep these customers.
The customer writes where it is convenient. Users are shared across all platforms, and data syncs in real time.
We accept payments through YooKassa, CloudPayments, SBP (Russia's instant payment system) and Telegram Stars (Telegram's internal currency). The customer pays for the order right in the chat.
Requests and customer data go into your CRM. Managers work in a familiar interface and do not move data by hand. We also connect 1C, the accounting program (the most common in Russia) where many companies keep goods and stock.
Custom Telegram bot development starts at $600. Below are three typical bots. We give the exact cost after the brief (a description of your task) and put it in the contract.
| What we build | Price | Timeline | What is included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Simple bot | from $600 | 1–2 weeks | Menu, answers to common questions, taking requests. |
| Bot with payments and a customer base | from $1,300 | 2–4 weeks | Payment in the chat (YooKassa, Telegram Stars and other methods), a customer base with contacts and orders. |
| Bot + CRM + admin panel | from $2,400 | 4–6 weeks | Integration with amoCRM or Bitrix24 and an admin panel (a page where you manage the bot yourself). |
Prices are for Telegram. We calculate a bot for VK or MAX, and a single system for several messengers, from the brief. A rush job costs about 25% more, and the timeline is about 20% shorter. The final price is fixed in the contract. Dollar amounts are approximate: our prices are set in rubles.
We also build connections to 1C, a warehouse or a payment service as a separate service: from $1,300, 2–5 weeks.
Turnkey Telegram bot development works like this: we write the technical specification (a description of what the bot will do) ourselves, draw a prototype and design, program, test and launch. We work remotely with clients across Russia.
A chat in Telegram or a 30-minute call. You describe the goal, and we write the technical specification. We sign an NDA (a non-disclosure agreement) before we discuss your idea.
We build a prototype (a rough version that shows how the bot will work) and calculate the estimate. If you stop at this step, you keep the prototype.
We draw the look: menu, buttons and screens. Two rounds of revisions are included in the price.
Every 1–2 weeks we show a working build (a demo). You look at it and tell us what to change.
We test the bot on real devices, run load testing (many people write at the same time) and publish the bot in Telegram.
24/7 monitoring, alerts to us in Telegram, a monthly report. We add new features by agreement.
The final timeline depends on the complexity of the bot. The table above gives guidelines by bot type.
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you tell us what you have in mind.
They are written in the contract and stay the same throughout the project.
You pay for the next stage after you accept the previous one.
We hand over the source code, access and documentation. The rights to the bot are set out in the contract.
We fix bugs found after launch for free for three months.
A working build every 1–2 weeks. You see the bot grow and make changes right away.
The studio has been working since spring 2025 and built more than 50 projects in its first year. Here are bots we launched for events.
The bot registers participants and gives information about the festival: the program and announcements.
The tournament bot takes team registrations, shows a stadium map and sends mailings after matches.
A five-day forum. The bot and a Mini App (screens inside Telegram that look like a small website) work with three access levels.
You can see how a bot books customers on the home page. In the phone window, open the “Bot” tab: it has a demo booking bot for Linen Studio, with a deposit. This is a demo of our capabilities. It is not a client project.
We choose tools for your task and budget. A light set is enough for a simple bot. For a bot with payments and a customer base, we add a database and payment services.
Didn't find the answer? Message us on Telegram and we'll figure it out together.
A simple bot with a menu, answers and requests costs from $600 and takes 1–2 weeks. A bot with payments and a customer base costs from $1,300 and takes 2–4 weeks. A bot with a CRM and an admin panel costs from $2,400 and takes 4–6 weeks.
We give the exact amount after the brief and put it in the contract. After that, it does not grow. If you need it faster, the timeline gets about 20% shorter and the price goes up about 25%.
No. It is enough to describe your goal, in a Telegram chat or on a 30-minute call. We write the technical specification ourselves.
In 3–5 days you get a prototype and an estimate. If you decide to stop at this step, you keep the prototype. We discuss your idea after signing an NDA (a non-disclosure agreement).

Prices in the table are for Telegram. We calculate the cost of a bot for VK, MAX or all three platforms at once from the brief.

For three months after launch we fix bugs for free. If you notice a failure, message us on Telegram.
Further support and development of the bot are by agreement. At that stage we offer 24/7 monitoring, alerts in Telegram and a monthly report.
Keep it short, in your own words. We'll ask a few questions and suggest two or three options for different budgets.
